Standard Workout Classes:

Pay 6 week blocks for only £30.00
(£5 per class) 

Poles can be provided free of charge 

Wellbeing Nordic Classes:

Pay in term time blocks, usually 6 week blocks = £5 per class

Poles can be provided free of charge

Adventure Walks:

These are priced individually
according to location and length of walk, and prices usually vary between £8 – £15.

Nordic Strides also offers one-to-one tuition.
